AI in Biological and Medical Imaging

🚀 **AIA Session: Accelerating Medical Imaging with AI**

Non-invasive imaging technologies have transformed our ability to study human health and disease. Recent breakthroughs in how fast images can be captured, processed, and analyzed are revolutionizing the field—thanks in large part to Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Join us for an exciting AIA session where **Teresa Matias Correia** will share cutting-edge research on how AI is enhancing the speed and efficiency of medical imaging, particularly in **Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)** and **tomography**.

**Don’t miss this opportunity to connect science, innovation, and AI—right here in the Algarve!**

You’ll learn how AI can:

✅ Speed up scan times and optimize imaging workflows
✅ Improve diagnostic efficiency and accessibility
✅ Reduce human error and support complex decision-making
✅ Detect subtle anomalies that may go unnoticed
