LISBON: Rest to Create: How Sleep Supercharges Your Ideas

**Talk: Rest to Create: How Sleep Supercharges Your Ideas**

When you need to be creative on demand, it’s easy to push through—even when your brain feels foggy or flat. But what if your sharpest thinking doesn’t come from trying harder, but from knowing when to pause?

In this interactive session, we’ll explore how rest—both during the day and while you sleep—unlocks the clarity, originality, and focus your work demands. You’ll learn the brain science behind sleep and creative thinking, how to reset your nervous system quickly mid-day, and how to prep your mind for sleep that fuels fresh ideas by morning.

This isn’t about sleeping more. It’s about sleeping smarter—so your creativity works when you need it most.
