Outdoor yoga sessions on the beautiful rooftop of The Block. Join us every Thursday between 6 PM and 7 PM
About the teacher:
Stephen is an international yoga teacher specializing in Hatha, Flow, Core and Yin practices. He did his teacher training with the shamanic school of yoga in the rainforests of Costa Rica. e is also a qualified Nidra and Meditation teacher.
