ProductTank Lisbon — Web Summit Edition 2024

Hello, Product People in Lisbon!

Join us for the next Product Tank meetup on November 13 at 6:30 PM. It's our already traditional Web Summit edition 🚀

We are gathering two amazing speakers at Unbabel's HQ in the center of Lisbon to talk about product and AI 🤖

Here is all the info:

🔍 **Nuno Carneiro**

• Principal Product Manager AI at Outsystems.

🔍 **Rahul Jain**

• Co-founder and SVP of Product Management at Pendo.
• [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/rahuljain4/)

🕖 **Event Schedule:**

• **18:30 - Welcome**
• **18:45 - Measuring Success of AI Features**
• Measuring feature success is a core activity in any product or data team, but it becomes even more challenging when these features are powered by Al. How do you know if your Al suggestions are successful when there is no explicit feedback? How do you track adoption when everyone is getting suggestions? In this talk, Nuno Carneiro, Principal Product Manager AI at OutSystems, discusses measuring the success of AI features at a leading enterprise platform and how the company developed its AI impact framework to understand the success of each AI feature and its different iterations.
• **19:10 - How AI supercharges PLG**
• The first era of product-led growth was all about letting users try software before they buy it. The next era will see AI supercharge PLG, giving users a customized and personalized free experience that drives value even faster and transforms how companies go to market. Pendo Co-founder and SVP of Product Management Rahul Jain will leave you with a new product-led growth playbook for the age of AI.
• **19:30 - Group Q&A**
• **20:15 - Networking Party**

🍸 **Sponsored by:**

• A big shoutout to Unbabel for the hosting and to Pendo for sponsoring food and drinks.

If you’re in Lisbon and looking to learn more about product and AI — or simply want to relax and hear from industry leaders — join us for an evening of inspiration! And yes, the beer is on us 🍺
