**Talk: Inner Compass: Navigating emotions to steer your day and shape your life**

Every day is an unpredictable journey — some days are calm and bright, others are stormy and unclear. Our emotions are the winds and tides that move us forward, hold us back, or pull us off. Our emotions act like invisible currents, impacting our decisions, actions, and relationships. Ignore them, and you drift. Master them, and you take the wheel of your life. With a strong inner compass, you don’t just drift — you set your own destination, navigate with confidence, and arrive exactly where you choose to be.
✨ Let's explore our world of emotions together.
· Emotions as a built-in navigation system
· Value and impact of emotions – how emotions drive our lives
· Mapping your emotional lanscape – using Mood map grid to understand own emotional state
· Strategies for navigating emotions and directing your daily actions
