You asked us about more so we thought about ways how we can blend our content with actually living and ingraining new habits into founders. The result is a blend between personal development and a week long retreat in an amazing stunning retreat villa in the Algarve in Portugal.

We all know that developing habits takes time. Time we don't have in our founder weekend program where we focus on content. Our founder retreat is the perfect blend of content on founder mentality, resilience training, personal development and habit forming. We start on a Monday and work together till Friday, then you have Saturday and Sunday to enjoy the amazing Algarve on your own.

Meet your instructor, Lenz Gschwendtner
Community builder, serial entrepreneur and mentor that has helped build the startup scene in New Zealand, built and exited several startups and has a deep background in bootstrapping businesses. Lenz has started dozens of meetups in several countries, organised, mentored and facilitated many Startup Weekends globally, helped build incubators and accelerators and maintained his inner geek till today - he still cuts code and will draw you into super deep discussions around internet infrastructure if you aren't careful. Lenz is a generalist that goes deep on tech.
