We build the instrument
Community is the unit that survives a noisy world, and it's the one thing nobody can measure. We build the tools that sit inside real communities and capture what actually happens: who shows up, who comes back, who holds the group together. We run them ourselves so we know they work. We open them so nobody has to depend on us to see clearly.
Open by default
Our API specification is public and needs no account to read. We don't gate the layer, we contribute to it.
Measured as it happens
A community surveyed once a year isn't measured. We capture participation as part of running the event, the measurement is a by-product of the work, not extra work.
One instrument, not the org
Our platform sits within a larger infrastructure layer, not the whole organization. We are building a shared substrate, not a dependency.

A public OpenAPI specification, developer documentation written for outsiders, and an authenticated integration API for pushing events, attendees and check-ins in from other systems.
